We offer static and in-motion checkweighing scales. Static checkweighing scales require an operator to put a product on the scale and watch for a cue from the scale (normally red, yellow or green lights or a buzzer sound) to determine if the product is within tolerance. Static checkweighing scales are available in a variety of sizes, capacities and with capabilities like data collection and printing capability. In-motion checkweighers provide a high-speed automated solution to determine if products are within tolerance. These are generally tied into a conveyor line and offer a variety of accept, reject and data collection methods. They may also be used in conjunction with X-ray and metal detection for food, beverage and pharmaceutical facilities. Belt scales are generally used to track loose product weight in high volumes like bulk material handling or load out applications. Confused? Call us for help!
