Ravas Touch GMP

The Ravas Touch GMP stainless steel hand pallet jack scale is built according to GMP norms. All welds are continuous and polished, all surfaces electro polished. The fork surfaces are completely closed, the underside of the forks are open, to prevent the accumulation of moisture or substances. All bearings on the truck are made of lubrication free polymers. The hydraulics contain food grade oil. The rechargeable battery packs are placed in a special closed compartment.

• Hygienic:  Entirely constructed of stainless steel and per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the Touch GMP hand pallet jack scale helps you to maintain a sanitary and hygienic process. The stainless steel surfaces are smooth and non-porous, which makes them easy to clean and prevents the accumulation of bacteria, fungi, and other pathogens. This smoothness also reduces the likelihood of product contamination.
• Accurate:  Built-in patented FlexBolts help ensure accurate weights throughout material production, packing, and transport. Touch GMP is ideal for mixing and dosing, order fulfillment, and determining shipping weights.
• Connectivity:  The Touch GMP takes its name from the RAVAS touch screen indicator that offers functional programs for recipe weighing, dosing, and product-ID entry and registration. A range of connectivity options makes it simple to share data with a WMS or ERP e.g. via Wi-Fi or offline via a USB connector.
• Advanced Features:  In addition to the touch screen indicator’s advanced functionality, the Touch GMP scale can be programmed for various applications, such as batching, labeling, filling (with a check weight function), and more.
