Ravas iForks 32-XT
Ravas iForks 32-XT is the low version of the iForks-32, with a reduced fork height of only 1.9 inch. This makes it much easier to enter into low or damaged pallets and to pick up containers with low openings. In cross section, the forks measure 1.9” x 6.4”. iForks-32 XT is only available for Class II trucks (up to 5,000 lb lifting capacity). iForks-32 XT is tested at 125% of capacity, during 1 million lifting cycles.
The 320 instrument offers digital calibration. Its functions include automatic tilt compensation, to automatically correct weight errors that occur when the mast tilts and the forks are not in horizontal position. And the 320 instrument automatically logs tip loads and overload events.
Lithium ion power: compact, sustainable, reliable
Ravas iForks 32-XT is powered by a 5.2 Ah Li-ion battery pack that can be taken out and charged on a separate charger. Thanks to the power save functions on the scale instrument, these Li-ion battery packs will give you 75 real working hours before recharging is required.
DIY connectivity: the RAVAS WeightsApp
The 320 scale instrument has a Bluetooth 4.0 chip on the board. If you download the free WeightsApp from Google Play or the App Store, you can connect your smart phone or tablet to the RAVAS scale, record the weight in an Excel file on your device, add any extra info you want to save, and e-mail the resulting data file to your organization for processing.
Connect direct to your WMS or ERP system
For more advanced connectivity, a Bluetooth or WiFi module can be added to the scale instrument. This will allow direct communication with your WMS or ERP system, via a handheld terminal (Bluetooth), or over your own wireless network (WiFi). Or the Ravas iForks 32-XT scale can push the data out over your wireless network to a PC where the RAVAS DATA COLLECTOR (RDC) software is installed.
