NSM Organizational Changes

NSM is proud to announce the following organizational changes that will allow us to continue to build a strong leadership foundation to ensure the continued growth of our company.

Jim Budke will assume the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing. As the organization’s senior-most sales leader, Jim is now accountable for the overall sales organization performance, for achieving profit goals and for aligning sales objectives with NSM’s business strategies.

Billy Elmore will assume the newly created position of Director of Regional Operations – South. He will be accountable for all branch and field operations within this region. He will work in collaboration with Branch General Managers and Field Managers in developing and monitoring sales and service plans, budgets, personnel, quality compliance and finances to assure their alignment with NSM’s business strategies.

Rick Lomonaco will remain the Director of Technical Support and will be accountable for the successful installation of all Force Measurement and Material Test systems sold. He will also manage all after-sale support including troubleshooting, repair and calibration of Test products. He will work in collaboration with the sales team and metrology group to develop efficient plans that generate both quality customer support and profitable transactions.

Gary Ames will assume the newly created position of Director of Quality. As the organization’s senior-most Quality leader, he will be accountable for the overall Quality System (QS,) overseeing development, implementation and communication while maintaining a quality plan that brings NSM’s QS and policies into compliance with ISO 17025 requirements. He will also act as the management representative with external assessment bodies on all matters related to external accreditation processes.

James Green will assume the newly created position of Quality Coordinator. He will review, research and submit for approval technical procedures and manuals and ensure the effectiveness of the training of this material. He will also coordinate, develop and implement the Internal Auditing schedule and assist in the development and continuous improvement of the QS including procedures and work instructions.
