Minebea Intec says its load cell technology is helping owners of truck scales welcome a high volume of traffic while offering a high level of precision weighing. The global technology provider cites truck scale producer Waagen Dammaschke, based in Germany, as using the Minebea Intech PR 6221 truck scale load cell when installing scales that accept load levels of up to 50 metric tons while offering accuracy categorized as Class C3 (within 0.0230 percent of the correct weight).
“Every load cell from Minebea Intec is precisely calibrated, and many types even have ‘matched outputs,’ i.e. the individual adjustment of the output resistance to match the characteristic value,” states Minebea Intec. Read more at Recycling Today.
