Nicol Scales & Measurement is a growing company that is looking for an Industrial Services Sales Rep to expand our Metrology & Scale Calibration Services in the North Texas area. We are looking for a quality minded individual to perform the following tasks.
Scope of Position:
Introduce/Sell our metrology and industrial scale calibration services, typically to Quality Management, by providing all-inclusive programs to ensure that customers measurement equipment is functioning within quality standards. (Calibration Services)
What you need to do to be successful:
- Managing daily development of sales opportunities including effective prospecting and follow-up on provided leads.
- Pipeline management of leads, reporting within CRM and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Work with marketing to identify target industries to focus on with e-mail marketing campaigns and promotional programs to support pipeline of expansion.
- Maintain a high quote to close rate on all opportunities generated with existing customers and new prospects
- Produce effective quotes supported by professional sales presentations to customers over the phone, via video conference or at customer facilities
- Work collaboratively to help customers and prospects improve their processes while offering outstanding customer service
- In conjunction with the sales of our Calibration Services, you will serve as a brand ambassador for the full suite of other products and services offered.
- Be a self-starter with a good work ethic and desire to achieve goals

Minimum Requirements:
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Strong cold calling, networking and appointment-setting skills
- Punctual, meticulous and reliable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software programs
- Ability to adapt to and to understand customer’s specific needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BA/BS degree or equivalent of 2-3 years of industrial Business to Business sales experience
Qualifications that will make you stand out:
- Business or Industrial Distribution Degree
- Previous successful sales experience in B2B
- Experience selling measurement equipment or Metrology Calibration Services
- Documented success with selling in the industrial marketplace
- Proven success with growing a sales territory

Compensation:
- Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus plan – Over $67,000 realistic potential in first year
