The Intercomp LTR788 Dual Wheel Load Scale was created to directly measure tire weights in a dual tire configuration. The fully electronic, self-contained, low profile dual platform scale can be used alone, or alongside single-platform wheel load scales for commercial vehicle enforcement or inspection operations. A machined aluminum frame maximizes the tire rating scale’s life and reduces the overall weight to just 39 lb, making these scales ultra-portable for rapid roadside setup to acquire tire weights.

The LTR788 is currently the only tool available to enforce FMCSA Regulation 393.75. MCSAP Federal Funds can be used to purchase this tire rating inspection scale.
