Congratulations to Gary Ames on his promotion to the newly created position of Vice President of Innovation & Quality where he will be responsible for the quality and innovation of company systems and procedures, defining as well as overseeing the implementation of solutions that result in Best Business Practices for the organization. This includes identifying the improvement opportunities by researching issues, providing collaborative solutions and overseeing the execution of improvement plans. Gary will seek to streamline operations with cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
