Expanding on the popularity of the CS2 digital force testing machine, the Lloyd Instruments CS2Plus provides better performance and more features for a wider variety of production testing applications.

The CS2Plus is a 2-in-1 touchscreen console with a 13″ display specially built for usability and convenience in production settings. The high-resolution color touchscreen displays test results in both graphical and tabular format. The simple interface makes test preparation, data analysis, and report production easier regardless of operator expertise. Users can configure tests, start test runs, and create detailed results with only a few touches.

There are two models of Chatillon’s CS2Plus:

• The CS2Plus-1 kN (225 lbf) is ideal for testing applications up to 1 kN, with a large work surface, 180 mm throat depth, and 500 mm crosshead travel
• The CS2Plus-5 kN (1124 lbf) is designed for testing applications weighing up to 5 kN and has a throat depth of 150 mm and crosshead travel of 800 mm
