Ann Mays has served as NSM’s amazing Inside Sales Specialist for three years. She is responsible for inside sales, Amazon sales, handling chats on the website and coordinating rentals. Ann is most rewarded when she finds the right piece of equipment to fit a customer’s needs, making their lives a little easier. She is challenged by the actual process of finding the right piece of equipment, but this makes it all the more rewarding once the solution has been found. Ann defines herself as positive (she’s optimistic and has a good attitude,) dependable (she’s both trustworthy and reliable) and respectful (she treats others with courtesy and kindness.) She relaxes by playing video games, by traveling both locally and around the country and by spending time with her family and her dogs.
