NSM’s outstanding Customer Service Representative Angell Morley has been living quite a busy life. In addition to her responsibilities in our Dallas office, she is currently enrolled in the Film and Video Production program at MediaTech Institute. Angell is learning both how to use her own camera and how to edit videos.
We asked Angell how she balances her work with her studies, and her response reflects exactly what we at NSM hope all our employees feel. “I am a Customer Service Representative at NSM and have been very grateful for the support I have received from my colleagues. I take classes at night, and most of the filming has been done on weekends. I have had times where I did take days off in order to film for a couple of projects. By communicating with Naomi and Cody in the service department about time needed in advance and collaborating with Jim and Ted on the makings of my commercial, it’s been fairly manageable between working and studying. It’s been a very hectic year for sure, but thanks to everyone’s flexibility, it’s been quite an adventure!”
Last semester Angell’s curriculum included a class on shooting a commercial. She reached out to Jim and Ted and asked if they would be interested in having her shoot an advertisement for NSM – what great initiative! We think she did a great job!
Angell’s future plans include making some videos of her own and even eventually starting a podcast. She also hopes for more opportunities creating content for NSM.
