The Challenge – Pit-type floor scales with flush mount installation, avoiding a trip hazard, and used to gather riders total weight with no totals shown to meet ride criteria.
The Solution – B-TEK Scales designed a pit type floor scale with a traffic light indicator. The scale weighs four people at one time to ensure that the combination of the four does not put them over a certain weight for safety reasons. No weight is ever displayed; rather it’s just the green or red light on the light pole.
