A complete kit for turning your tank, bin or hopper into an accurate dependable scale. Each kit contains three or four Omnicell® weighing assemblies, a NEMA 4X rated stainless steel analog junction box and 25 feet of interface cable with six conductors.

A complete kit for turning your tank, bin or hopper into an accurate dependable scale with all the advantages of Fairbanks’ exclusive Intalogix® Technology. Each kit contains three or four Omnicell® weighing assemblies, a NEMA 4X rated stainless steel Quad Multiplexer Board (QMB) and 27 feet of interface cable with 10 conductors.

The PR 6211 range of load cells is specially designed for weighing silos, tanks and process vessels. The unique design principle facilitates a particularly compact construction and, as a result, the unit can be used even in restricted space conditions. The FlexLock installation kits counterbalance movements arising from mechanical or thermal expansion or contraction of the vessel or its supporting construction.

A particular design characteristic of some models is the thin-film or “splutter” technology. This enables an operating temperature of up to 180°C to be reached. In addition, the small construction has integrated overload protection of 500kg.

The RL1600 Series Mounting Module Kit utilizes several Rice Lake Weighing Systems components to provide an unmatched level of performance in tank and hopper weighing applications. The RL1600 Series kit is ideally suited for indoor and outdoor process control operations in the medium- to high-capacity ranges. Each module incorporates self-checking capabilities for thermal expansion and contraction.

The RL2200 Series mounts are ideal for use in tank, hopper, vessel, and many other applications. The low-profile design allows for economical solutions in a competitive marketplace. This rugged, high-precision mount is designed for easy installation and does not require check rods or other stabilizing hardware. The RL2200 mount has the added feature of self centering, allowing for side loads without sacrificing performance.
