The FB3000 II NEMA 4X washdown instrument has more connectivity options and data acquisition capabilities than any other scale instrument on the planet. With combined features of both an instrument and PC, the FB3000 II NEMA 4X allows users to program the unit in any computer language or with their own specialized software. The large color display is the main reason why operation of the unit is so simple and intuitive. The keys and controls on the terminal are clearly organized and enable the user to find his or her way around in no time. The display is backlit and features 20 mm- and 35 mm-high digits to show the weight. As a result, information in the readout is clearly visible even at greater distances. This ensures excellent readability, even in dim light. In addition, a bar graph in the display simplifies filling and checkweighing procedures. The large keys with positive click action and acoustic confirmation guide you along an optimized pathway for error-free operation with the Combics Pro.

When it comes to daily applications, our weighing specialists were also consistent with regard to programming. For less experienced users, graphic functional modules are available for programming the Combics Pro. Since neither extensive knowledge of a programming language nor special syntax skills are necessary, programming is simple and foolproof. However, the Combics Pro can also be programmed just as transparently in a higher-level language (IEC61131). Pre-manufactured Sartorius software modules are additional components for a clear structure – with the goal of simplifying work and designing it to be more reliable. For example, the applications counting, checkweighing, totalizing, filling, formulation by hand, and batching are available. Moreover, the Sartorius Combics Pro features a hygienically designed housing without corners or edges in accordance with EHEDG. It’s made of AISI 304 stainless steel, has an IP 67 protection rating, and includes an alphanumeric keypad with a scratch-resistant overlay that keeps its shape. As a result, reliable work is guaranteed with the Sartorius Combics Pro, even in environments with high hygienic standards.

Rice Lake’s well-rounded indicator, controller and weight display selection is led by the impressive and adaptable 920i, delivering more features, more programmability, and more power for your process. The 920i combines performance-driven circuitry, simplified architecture, and customized display features to take your system further. Choose from our universal, panel mount, or wall-mount style.

Up to ten different screens can be programmed to change with any given process, while graphic icons and messages show setpoint and function status. The multi-channel display feature shows the weight on an individual scale or a combination of totalized scales. When used in batching/mixing applications, one 920i is capable of handling multiple scale, flow temperature and pulse.
