DAW 300 PC Mobile Weighing System

This weighing system can be installed on any level surface within minutes. With a weighing capacity of 20 tons per axle this system can weigh vehicles at speeds up to 40 mph, with permanently installed bending plates. All microprocessor-controlled electronics are built into a rugged, portable metal enclosure. Weights that are captured are displayed on the PC and can be printed on the tape printer. Many programmable features also come standard.

Bending Plate™ Low Profile, Low Cost WIM Scale

The Bending Plate™ Scale contains load-weighing elements installed within a robust CNS machined steel pad. Six load-measuring transducers mounted within the steel pad are designed to allow the scale to be linearized across the entire weighing width. Each scale is mounted flush with the road surface with a depth of no more than 4 inches (100 mm). The Bending Plate™ Scale is completely waterproof and produces accurate measurements in all weather conditions.

The AX900™ series utilizes stainless steel, hermetically sealed shear beam load cells that are certified to 5,000 divisions by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technologies and by OIML, the worldwide equivalent.
