The Chatillon® DFS II Series offers the best price performance of any digital force gauge available today.  Our brand new DFS II Series of Digital Force Gauges is the first of their type to offer wireless data transfer and comminicaton via integral Bluetooth.

This compact, easy-to-use force gauge is designed for basic and complex applications. Ideal for handheld or test stand applications, the DFS II may be equipped with integral load cells or smart remote sensors for load measurement or torque measurement. Measurement accuracy is better than 0.1% full scale in integral load cell or dedicated remote models.

A large, easy-to-read, high resolution, full color dot matrix LCD display supports a variety of standard gauge functions including normal and peak  readings, high/low limits, set points, pass/fail results, statistical results, load averaging, load comparisons, % and sharp break detection, loadcell  actuation and direction. Loads are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N units. The display can be inverted and displayed results may be “hid­den” from the operator. The DFS II offers password protection for gauge set ups.

The Chatillon® DFS II Series with integral or non-dedicated remote SLC carries all of the features of the DFS II in a package that provides the user with flexibility. The DFS II-R is available with a remote SLC that is dedicated to the unit offering the ability to test in locations where a fixed and integral load cell is impractical. The CHATILLON® DFX II Series is an economical digital force gauge ideal for applications where users are interested in basic peak force measurement.

The DFX II is available in four capacities (10 lbf, 50 lbf, 100 lbf, 200 lbf) and features an integral load cell with a measurement accuracy of better than 0.3% FS. The DFX II Series operates using a rechargeable NiMH battery pack
and can also operate using the supplied universal charger.  The battery eliminator is supplied with a US, UK and EURO style plug. Under battery operation, the DFX II Series will operate for over 70-100 hours of continuous
use.

A large, easy-to-read, high resolution dot matrix LCD display supports a variety of standard gauge functions including normal and peak readings. Loads are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N units. The display language may be set up to indicate in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Chinese.

The DFX II Series’ calibration procedure is included in the gauge’s setup.  DFX II Series force gauges come with a carrying case, battery universal battery charger, flat and hook adapters. The DFX II Series is supplied with an optional Certificate of Calibration with NIST data.

The CHATILLON® LG Series mechanical force gauge is ideal for a wide range of force testing applications. Based on our popular DPP Series force gauge, the LG Series features a larger, 2.25-inch dial for improved resolution and readability, peak hold button, ergonomic shape and improved accuracy of +0.5% of full scale. The LG gauge is an excellent, economical solution for tensile or compression testing.

The durable, plastic housing fits naturally in the hand for a comfortable and firm grip even at maximum loads. Gauges may be mounted to a test stand for even greater control and consistent results in repetitive testing applications. The easy to read concentric dial measures clockwise only. Dial rotates 360-degrees for taring. A peak hold button captures peak readings and can be easily and quickly returned to zero. A mechanical overload feature protects the gauge from damage. Available in lbf, kgf or N units of measure.

LG Series gauges come complete with protective carrying case and a set of stainless steel attachments. A Certificate of Calibration with Data is supplied standard.

The 1000 series, with its fast 1000 Hz update rate, is able to capture the highest force peaks. With variable display update rate superior accuracy as the FGV-XY series, these gauges feature unique 180 degree flip displays, permitting the user to read the display right-side up. Additional enhancements are; dual direction keypad, selectable force direction indication, and selectable power on/off settings.

Designed to ergonomically fit in the palm of your hand, the rugged, all metal construction of the FGE-X permit accurate measurement and display of compression and tension forces up to 100 pounds. (up to 1,000 lbs using the FGV-1000HX)

Incredibly durable and user-friendly, our economical mechanical gauges are excellent for repetitive testing in assembly line or quality control lab applications. The peak mode features an easy push-button reset; this is especially helpful for doing repetitive testing in an assembly line or quality control lab. The real time mode allows you to see force changes as they occur. Ergonomically designed for hand-held use, both gauges may be used with the optional handle (great for loads over 15 pounds). Response time is immediate. Large, easy to read dial indicators are designed to reduce gauge parallax.

The MF gauges feature a die-cast aluminum housing. Mounts easily to all Shimpo test stands for even greater control of repetitive testing. Two year warranty.
